Contents 1 WE WANT OUR GRAND JURY! 1.1 To investigate the EVIDENCE of JUDICIAL CORRUPTION! 1.1.1 The People and concerned legislators attempted to bring evidence of CORRUPTION to the their Grand Jury but they were BLOCKED by: 1.1.2 The Legislature has not fulfilled their Constitutional duties to oversee the Judiciary. 1.1.3 We HAVE the Evidence Judges have been CAUGHT: 1.2 Our Legislature is violation our state Constitution by REFUSING to discipline the judges 1.2.1 The Minnesota Constitution, Article Six, Section Nine Demands that the Legislature discipline the judges. 1.2.2 The Minnesota Constitution, Article Eight, IMPEACHMENT AND REMOVAL FROM OFFICE 1.2.3 But the Legislature refuses, and gave the job of disciplining judges....to the judges!

The Attorney Generals Office - Lori Swanson

The Governors Office - Tim Pawlenty

The State Senate Judiciary Committee

The State House Public Safety and Civil Justice Committee

The Minnesota Court of Appeals - Chief Judge Touissant

The Minnesota Supreme Court - ALL of the Supreme Court Justices

The Legislature has not fulfilled their Constitutional duties to oversee the Judiciary.

We HAVE the Evidence Judges have been CAUGHT:

Falsifying Transcripts.

Removing Evidence from files.

Denying Religious Freedoms

Denying Parental Rights.

Stealing Money from Estates.

Abusing Military Parents.

Violating Due Process Rights.

Writing Orders Absent Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.

Denying Parents the Right to Choose What's Best for Their Own Children.

Manipulating the judge selection process.

There ARE judges and lawyers that agree the corruption must stop

Our Legislature is violation our state Constitution by REFUSING to discipline the judges

The Minnesota Constitution, Article Six, Section Nine Demands that the Legislature discipline the judges.
