Dear R-Kids, I have had my children unjustly taken away from me with limited contact. I have been to court three times to resolve the matter but things are just getting worse.
My wife accused me of abusing her and my children with no proof. I was told by a court appointed attorney named Chris Carney that I'd never see my children again, but if I sign this order for protection I can see them when the divorce is final.
I was without counsel and thought I'd get to tell the judge what my side of the story was. I was served on a friday and in court the next monday, I couldn't find an attorney that fast and it has cost me my children.
My sister in-law was the court appointed supervisor and she tried to talk me into getting custody stating my wife has an extremly toxic personality and the only abuse she has seen was from my wife. She also stated my wife claims to have been sexually abused by her father, in the home where my wife and children are now living.
When I asked for an affadavit from my sister in-law she accused me of wearing a wire and wanted all my documentation I had written to my lawyer, including the email I found proving my wife had an affair on the internet while her mother was on her death bed and she was at work charging her time to anoka county claiming to be working with vulnerable adults but spending her time with her new partner.
She also started a tastefully simple business and ran up 32,000 in credit card debt. Her father is her tax consultant and had us pay off her 18,000 student loan. Her father is also an alcoholic and my wife has serious mental health issues including anerexia and depression she has been on these meds for over eight years and mixes alcohol other presciption meds and other drugs.
I have had no sucess in getting these records, she also has threatened the her life and the lives of my children. It seems the statues and the laws are exempt for her as she has taken herself off of my insurance and gone on welfare, taken our furniture out of our home with all documents, failed to disclose information about her health and commited fraud with the IRS.
Still no one listens and she just continues to use my children as weapons lying to the courts and having her side believed. My rights are so far gone I don't even know where to begin.
My lawyer and the social people in place have done everything they can but the judges in Anoka county continue to be one sided ordering me to participate in my childrens therapy with a therapist that was on a three month leave then had to swith the therapist and have her not let me participate in the therapy.
How does one do things that aren't there, she might as well ordered me to walk on water. If the judge Ellan Maas is on any man's case have her removed immediatly, I watched her hand out divorces like candy asking three different women if they'd like their name back, denieng my children a gaurdian ad litem and slaming me for another year away from my girls.
This whole mess has taken a toll on me, my wife was abusive emotionally and verbally but the abuse from the court is giving her power and increasing my pain.
There is no justice! I served three years in the US Army and fought for my country only to be betrayed.

My children lost everything, a house, their dogs, a cabin, and their father, a sister, and the paternal side of their support system. No one has been accountable for these wrongs that have been going on and all I hear is "it sucks the guy gets screwed."
The statues say will not discrimainate by gender, four attorneys say the law is extremely biased toward women. Why spend money on currption when there is no justice in sight.
